Brad drew/made 2 proto-types and then built this costume from scratch. With it requiring two layers of material, a few others were brought in to make sure he completed on time.
It was a huge success. He even entertained many children at a Halloween Party by making his now famous balloon animals for them as they waited in line. It was a truly memorable event.
